A neighbor discovered the stuffed body of a six-year-old girl who went missing from her home in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh’s westernmost town, on Friday morning.
Hapur Police Superintendent Sarvesh Kumar Mishra has sent the body for a post-mortem examination. Only the autopsy results, he claims, could prove or disprove this claim.
“We received information about a missing young lady yesterday.” According to a neighbor, a neighbor’s house was emitting an unpleasant odor this morning. When the team arrived, the front door was locked. According to Mr. Mishra, a field unit was used to open the lock and gain entry.
“When we entered and searched the building, we discovered the girl’s body in a trunk.” The recovered body was subjected to a post-mortem examination. “We’re looking into everything,” he added.

The girl’s father claims that his only contact with her was on Thursday night when she asked for $5. They made small talk before he handed her his wallet, and she explained that she needed to go shopping.

One of his neighbors witnessed his daughter’s kidnapping and alerted the father to her whereabouts.
