Malvika Sood Sachar, the actor’s sister, was running as a congress candidate in Moga.
Sonu’s car was seized on election day, and the actor was sent home.
After receiving accusations that he was allegedly influencing votes, the Election Commission barred the actor from attending voting sites in Moga.
Sonu, for one, stated that all he was attempting to do was ensure fair elections at the polling station.
