Sudden Demise of Shri. UV Krishnam Raju
Veteran actor Shri. Krishnam Raju age 82 expired this morning suffering from health complications.
Prime minister Shri. Narendra Modi expressed his condolences by sharing the picture he took with him earlier. The whole industry is in grief as he has been like a big uncle, big brother, and a well-wisher with his kind-friendly behavior. Telugu states CMs Jagan Mohan Reddy and KCR expressed their grief on the demise of veteran actor and former Union Minister UV Krishnam Raju.
He is not only an actor but an active political leader from West Godavari District Andhra Pradesh.
His full name is Uppalapati Venkata Krishnam Raju, also known as Krishnam. He was 82. Popularly known as Rebel Star, Krishnam Raju had a glorified film and political career. The veteran actor was suffering from health complications and breathed his last on September 11, 2024, in Hyderabad.
He was born on 20th January 1940 at Mogalthuru in an agrarian family.
He worked in the ministry as Minister for Rural Development, Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Minister of Defence, and Minister of External Affairs.
He also served as a Member of Parliament from the BJP.
His first movie was Chilaka Gorinka released in 1942 and won many prestigious awards. In his entire acting career, Rebel Star Krishnam Raju starred in more than 183 movies. Krishnam Raju’s last movie is Radhe Shyam which has Prabhas and Pooja Hegde in lead roles.
The whole film and political family is paying condolences for his sudden demise.
He was Prabhas’ uncle and was recently seen in Bhahubali and Radhe Shyam. The veteran actor was survived by his wife Shyamala Devi and three daughters.
Krishnam Raju had a glorified acting and political career.
Both the film industry and political family have expressed their grief and condolences to the family.
