The previous Tesla representatives, who worked at Tesla’s gigafactory plant in Nevada, looked for pay and advantages for the 60-day notice period. The claim additionally stated that more than 500 Tesla labourers were terminated at the Nevada production line.
Lynch and Hartsfield are likewise looking for class-activity status for all previous Tesla representatives in the US who were terminated in May or June without notification ahead of time.
Additionally, workers said that Tesla offered a multi-week severance to certain representatives, which violates government regulations.
