Google Docs is a free Web-based application that a user can use to create documents and spreadsheets. If you are a Google docs user then you can import, create, edit, and update documents and spreadsheets in various fonts and formats, combining text with lists, formulas, tables, and images. One can use Google Docs on your computer, Andriod, and iPhone & iPad.

How to use Google Docs: Computer
Google docs is an online word processor that let us create and format documents and work with other persons.
Step 1: Create a document
- First, open the Docs home screen at the official website docs.google.com on your computer
- Now in the top left, you can see start a new document, click New
Step 2: Edit and format
- On your computer, open a document in Google docs
- Now, select a word and start editing
- You can use Undo and Redo actions to perform undo or redo actions
Step 3: Share & work with others
You can share files and folders with people and choose the options like view, edit, or comment on them.
How to use Google Docs: Android, iPhone & iPad
You can even view, create, and edit Google documents with the Google Docs app for Android, iPhone, and iPad
Step 1: Download the Google Docs app
- Open your Android phone or tablet and go to Google Play app to Install the Google Docs app
- In the case of the iPhone or iPad, go with App Store
Step 2: Get started
- Open the Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides app
- In the bottom corner, tap the + symbol (new)
- Next, choose a template
Step 3: Edit a document
- Open a document that you want to edit in the Google Docs app
- After opening a document click Edit
- Next, to select a word, double-tap that, and then start editing
