As per the report released by the Economist Intelligence Unit’s Worldwide Cost of living index, the following are the most expensive cities in the world to live in right now. If you are planning to travel to these cities in the coming days then you would probably need to spend a bit more money than you used to.

Tel Aviv, Israel
Tel Aviv has emerged as the most expensive city to live in right now. Currently, the city is soaring in terms of expenses like an increase in grocery, transport costs. Prices of services and goods hiked 3.5 percent year-on-year basis in local currency. Last year, this rise was only around 1.9 percent.
Singapore
Singapore is in the second spot. This is a favorite tourist destination for many. This country is a melting pot of cultures.
Paris
Paris is also in the second position in the most expensive cities in the world list along with Singapore. Known as the City of Lights, this is also the most coveted destination in the world. This destination is well-known for the Eiffel Tower.
