Here are some yoga poses that can be useful to lose weight
Navasana
To do this, follow the below steps
- Sit on a yoga mat in a very comfortable posture
- Stretch arms straight forward
- Now lift and stretch your legs straight 45 degrees
- At least for 30 seconds, hold this position
- Do this exercise 10 times
Trikonasana
Through the following steps, you can do this pose
- Stand on a yoga mat
- Put your legs shoulder-length apart
- Bend sideways and with your hand hold the feet
- Another hand has to stretch straight upwards
- Be in the same position for at least 30 seconds
- Do the exercise about 10 times
Chaturangadandasana
Just follow the steps given below
- Lie on a yoga mat by keeping elbows on the mat
- Keep your body parallel to the floor
- Stay in this position for some time and then bend your hips upward
- Bring it back to the initial position
- Repeat the above steps at least 10 times
