Maaran Movie Story
A journalist named Sathya Moorthy (Ramki) is killed by goons for reporting an ugly truth about a politician. His son, Maaran (Dhanush) also becomes an investigative journalist much like himself. Maaran also lands in big trouble as he reports an incident related to EVM tampering. The MLA candidate (Samuthirakani) is affected by the news report of the Maaran and then he sets out on a mission to make Maaran’s life miserable. What happens later? is the basic plot of the Maaran.
