Ezhilan (Vidharth) and his wife Tamil (Lakshmi Priyaa) have hearing and speech impairments. Their daughter is admitted to a hospital, and Ezhilan tends to attend there for a couple of days. While returning back home, he falls asleep in the metro due to fatigue, and Antony (Karunakaran), a social media addict who is a co-passenger of Ezhilan takes a photo of it and shares it on social media. He labels Ezhilan as a drunkard in Chennai Meto which turns Ezhilan’s happy life upside down. How does Ezhilan manage to come out of it?
