On Monday, Tata Motors said it is going to launch its mini SUV Punch in the coming festive season.
Punch is based on the concept H2X. In the Auto Expo 2020, Tata Motors had showcased this. It is expected to hit the market during Diwali this year.
In a statement, Tata Motors said punch will offer a mix of tough utility with sporting dynamics. Further details were not disclosed.
Tata Motors Passenger vehicle Business Unit President Shailesh Chandra said that as the name, Tata Punch is an energetic vehicle with the capability to go anywhere.
He further added, ”Customers who are eagerly searching for the compact city car with the pure SUV characteristics, Punch will be the fourth to our SUV family, widening the options range for all to choose from”.
This one is the first SUV that is built on ALFA-ARC (Agile Light Flexible Advanced Architecture) platform and developed under Impact 2.0 design language.
