He is one of the famous South Indian Actor and also Producer, born on 9th of May 1989 in Achampet, Telangana, born to the father Govardhana Rao and mother Madhavi. Vijay Devarakonda father is a Telivision Actor and mother is Proprietor of speak easy in hyderabad and his brother Anand Devarakonda ( acted in Dorasani with Shivanth Rajshekar) works with Deloitte in USA (United States Of America).

About his Education:

He completed schooling in Sri Sathya Sai Higher Secondary School in Puttaparthi, Ananthpur District, Andhra Pradesh along with his younger brother Anand Devarakonda. He likes his school very much and later he studied in Hyderabad little flower college and Badruka college of commerce.

His career:

Firstly Vijay Devarakonda started his career with Hyderabad based theatre group sutradhar. He done work shop on that. After completing that workshop, he acted in several stages plays in hyderabad. Before entering into the films, he associated with the theatre company Ingenium Dramatics.

After that Vijay Devarakonda got a chance to act in “Nuvilla” which was directed by Ravi Babu.

He played a small role in “Life is Beautiful” movie that was directed by Sekhar Kammula in 2012.

later he acted in “Yevade Subramanyam” along with Natural Star Nani, directed by Nag Ashwin. Actually Nag Ashwin met vijay on the sets of “Life is Beautiful” later he gave chance to him.

Later he seen in romantic comedy “Pelli Choopulu” Movie in 2016 paired with Rithu Varma and this movie won lots of Awards and Vijay Devarakonda praised by audience for his acting. In this he acts as an lazy fellow but talented chef.

After Pelli Choopulu, he came in front of us by giving tough compitition to the telugu film industry with “Arjun Reddy”, In this movie Vijay Devarakonda paired with Shanlini Pandey directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga in 2017. Movie released on 25th August 2017.

Next he stared in Mahanati, Geetha Govindham, in which he acts as an innocent and nervous college professor paired with Rahsmika Mandana and then in NOTA, this film went to become a average Grosser in Tollywood.

Later acted in Taxi Wala and he is a taxi driver in this film and he paired with Priyanka Jawalkar which film is the first debut film for her. In 2019, Vijay Devarakonda seen in Dear Comrade with Rashmika Mandanna, and his next film World Famous Lover is a romantic drama with Rashi kanna, Catherine Tresa, Aishwaraya Rajesh and Izabelle Leite and his upcoming film with Ananya Pandey and directed by Puri Jagannadh.
