Steps To Update Aadhaar Card Details Online
Step 1: Go to the official site at uidai.gov.in and then refer to the “Update Aadhaar” section
Step 2: Now, you are supposed to tap on the link “Update Address in your Aadhaar”. This enables to change more details than the address
Step 3: Hit the “Proceed to Update Aadhaar” link to update the relevant information. Your Aadhar number and captcha have to be correctly entered now. Click on the “Send OTP” option
Step 4: After receiving the OTP on your mobile number, just enter that one properly. Now, hit on the demographics data option and enter your latest details, and then click on “Proceed” to submit those details successfully.
Step 5: To validate your changes, relevant documents have to be uploaded

How many times Aadhaar card details can be changed
A person will be allowed only twice to change the name on the Aadhaar card in their lifetime. Whereas, date of birth and gender can be updated only once. In the case of Unverified DOB only, the date of birth can be changed.
Documents Required for online Aadhaar Update
For every update you are doing, you need need to submit the proof. For changing name and date of birth changes, one has to upload scanned copies of proofs. To change the gender, OTP authentication is enough. For updating the address details, any document related to it has to be submitted. For updating the language, no document is required.
