Thiruvotriyur Police have captured a couple for allegedly compelling a 22-year-old woman to sell her ovarian eggs in return for cash. The person in question, recognised as Shruti, an occupant of Ernavur, had a fight with her better half, following which she looked for cover at her companion Aishwarya’s home the week before. Shruti, who is a mother of a 2-year-old, supposedly expressed that at first she was invited to her companion’s home. However, things changed definitely as she was subsequently locked inside a room and pummelling by her companion and her significant other. She proceeded to additionally affirm that she was forced by the couple to sell her ovaries for cash.
Shruti got away from the house when the couple had gone out and contacted her significant other, Vijay, who then, at that point, recorded an objection with the police. After the introductory examination, the denounced, Aishwarya and her better half, Suraj, were captured by Thiruvotriyur Police. Police are examining whether the couple had any contact with the ovaries-selling posse connected with the Erode case.
