An investigation into the Antilia bomb scare case and the murder of businessman Mansukh Hiren has revealed that former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh used the FaceTime ID “Balaji Kurkure” to communicate on his phone, according to reports.
Param Bir Singh’s iPhone ID was created in his office in April, according to an intelligence officer who spoke to the NIA as part of the investigation. One of Param Bir Singh’s office’s snacks, Balaji Kurkure, inspired the ID’s name, according to a chargesheet.

As there was no network inside Param Bir Singh’s office, the person who activated Facetime ID had to leave the building and go outside to enter the Facetime ID and password. “Kurkure was my first name, and Balaji was my last name when I created my iPhone ID. Balaji Kurkure was his office’s brand name at the time “the officer explained. As part of the investigation into the death of Mansukh Hiren, the owner of the car in which gelatin sticks were planted near the residence of industrialist Mukesh Ambani in February, the NIA has written to Apple, the maker of the iPhone.
If you’re interested in finding out more about the gelatin sticks that were planted near Mukesh Ambani’s home in February, the NIA has written to Apple asking them to look into several email IDs and accounts.
In an effort to uncover the conspiracy surrounding Mansukh Hiren’s death, the investigation agency has been trying to piece together a number of different online accounts. Former encounter specialist Pradeep Sharma and disgraced police officer Sachin Waze, according to the NIA, were the key conspirators in this case.
Unconfirmed reports suggest that the intelligence officer also corroborated the fact that a cyber expert was paid Rs. 5 lakh to fabricate evidence that Jaish-Ul-Hind was behind the planting of explosives (gelatin sticks) near Mr Ambani’s residence, Antilia.
In his words, Mr Singh had asked him to write the report and had told him that it would be shared with the National Intelligence Agency (NIA). Because the Delhi Police was also investigating the role of the terror group in another case, this report was supposed to be kept under wraps, but it was leaked the next day.
