The Narcotics Control Bureau arrested Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan and six other people on Monday and they remain in custody as of today.
Nawab Malik, a senior NCP leader, escalated his criticism of the Narcotics Control Bureau’s raid on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai this week, alleging that a BJP office-bearer and a private investigator were involved and were aware of it.
State Minister Malik tweeted a video of BJP office bearers KP Gosavi and Manish Bhanushali walking into the central drug agency’s Mumbai office late at night after getting out of a white car.
In the video, Ms Gosavi and Mr Bhanushali can be seen entering the NCB office, which was also raided that night.
Yesterday, he held a press conference in which he accused the BJP of “maligning Maharashtra.”
Mr. Malik stated He also claimed that the BJP used Aryan Khan as a scapegoat to bring down Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan.
According to the source, actor Shah Rukh Khan has been the subject of criminal reporters’ inquiries for the past month.
Following a search of the cruise ship by the NCB, eight people were arrested, including Aryan Khan. Khan, on the other hand, was drug-free.
Mr Malik, whose NCP is part of the Shiv Sena-led Maha Vikas Aghadi government in Gujarat, wants to know how the NCB’s operations were accessed by outsiders.
“Both Manish Bhanushali and Gosavi’s accounts have been deactivated. Manish Bhanushali (the subject of this storey) participates in an NCB raid in what capacity? Using the NCB, the BJP is spreading misinformation about Maharashtra “He informed us of the obvious.
According to Mr Malik’s account of the events, Bhanushali denied the allegations but admitted to being the person seen accompanying Arbaz Merchant (another arrested person) into NCB custody, as Mr Malik claimed.
When asked about his position within the BJP, Bhanushali replied that he didn’t have one and that he had only come for “updated information” after his drug tip on the cruise.
According to Mr Malik’s claims, Aryan Khan’s father, Kiran Gosavi, a private investigator, was seen leading his son into the NCB office on Sunday.
The anti-drug agency referred to them as “independent witnesses.”
Gyaneshwar Singh, the NCB’s deputy director-general, responded to the allegations by stating that the agency acted in accordance with the law and presenting his own.
Actor Sushant Rajput died in June of last year, sparking an investigation into drug use allegations in Bollywood.
The NCB detained eight people as a result of the cruise ship raid on Sunday. Each of the eight suspects was apprehended the next day and remains in their custody to this day.
