The ever-increasing need for skilled employees, especially in the IT sector, is ever-increasing. So employees can develop their digital skills to move themselves to the next level.
Training and working
Over the last 2 quarters, there has been a flurry of news in the IT sector about large-scale recruitment, pay raises, promotions, and bonuses. In this situation, IT companies are currently in high demand and are recruiting new people and giving them the right training.
Why freshers
Companies that are making many new deals, in particular, are engaging in such activities to maximize profits. Thus freshers are selected because they have to pay higher salaries when selecting those with many years of experience.
Lateral Recruitment Vs Freshers
Every IT and BPM service company is in a similar position. Freshers in particular are being hired in order to maximize their profits. Freshers are an ideal option for companies in the IT sector. Give them adequate training and hire. This is seen by companies as less costly than lateral hiring.
