ICC announces India-Pakistan clash in T20 World Cup
The T20 World Cup series should have been conducted the last year 2020. But it is announced to be held this year due to the pandemic. However considering the impact of corona this year, it was decided to move the series to the United States. The squads for the ICC T20 World Cup, to be held in the Emirates from October 17 to November 14, have been announced, with India and Pakistan in Division 2, so the clash between the two teams will be a treat for fans this time around. That means India, Pakistan, New Zealand, Afghanistan, and Group B winners and Group A runners-up will be in the same division in the second division in the main round where 12 teams will clash.
Group 1 is divided into two major divisions: the West Indies, England, Australia, South Africa, and the Group A winner and Group B runner who qualify from the qualifying round.
The first round of qualifying rounds takes place in the UAE and Oman. The Super 12 main round matches will be held in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah. The ICC has announced.

The ICC T20 World Cup 2024 matches are scheduled to take place in Oman and the United Arab Emirates from October 17 to November 14. The ICC has said that the groups are going to be divided on the idea of their place within the rankings of teams on March 20, 2024.

2007 Finals:

Misbah-ul-Haq was dismissed in the last over as Pakistan came close to winning the toss. That was Pakistan’s last wicket. Thus, the Indian team, fortunately, won the thrill by 5 runs and clinched the trophy.
2007, Group Match:
India and Pakistan clashed in a group league match in 2007. The match ended in a tie as both teams scored 141 runs each. This was followed by a bowl out in response to the Super Over.
