Terrorists attacked a government school in Srinagar, the capital of Jammu and Kashmir, killing the principal and a teacher, the latest in a string of assassinations in the Kashmir valley. “The TRF’s operations are overseen in Karachi.” We intend to reveal the link between these two occurrences as soon as possible (the border). There was no connection between the victims and any group. “We are concerned about the lives of all civilians.”
Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha of the state government of Jammu and Kashmir condemned the killing of the school staff and said that the terrorists and their supporters who carried out the attack would fail in their attempts to disrupt peace in the union territory. I strongly condemn the heinous murder of two of our teachers, Supinder Kour and Deepak Chand, by terrorists. Mr. Sinha warned on Twitter that those responsible for the heinous attacks on innocent bystanders would “receive a fitting response.”
Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister and National Conference leader Omar Abdullah condemned the latest killings. “Shocking news from Srinagar yet again: two teachers from a government school in the city’s Idgah district were killed in yet another targeted killing.” But my prayers for the souls of those who died are insufficient to justify this heinous act of terrorism.” He stated this in a tweet.
According to police, Makhan Lal Bindroo, 70, a well-known businessman in Srinagar’s Iqbal Park and owner of a pharmacy there, was shot at point-blank range inside his business on Tuesday around 7 p.m. He was airlifted to the nearest hospital, but upon arrival, the staff pronounced him dead.
