Upwards of 31 understudies have tried positive for COVID-19 in an administration school in Andipatti in Tamil Nadu’s Theni region over the most recent two days. The area specialists have begun drives to clean the school and its immediate environmental elements. The school has likewise been requested to stay closed for the next three days.
On Thursday, July 7, the state recorded 2,765 new COVID cases. Of these, the capital city of Chennai had 1,011 new cases; Chengalpet had 408 new cases; and Coimbatore recorded 125 new cases. Altogether, there were 18,378 dynamic cases in Tamil Nadu on Thursday.
