Samrat Prithviraj Movie Story
Following Chand Bardai’s epic Prithviraj Raso, the story in its first phase lays the base between Samrat Prithviraj (Akshay Kumar) and Muhammad Ghori’s (Manav Vij) rivalry to become the Delhi emperor. In a smartly executed battle, Prithviraj wins and leaves Ghori free to realize the sins he has done. The second phase of the story has Prithviraj’s internal rival in Jaichand (Ashutosh Rana) which is again to capture Delhi. Like this movie goes on about the life of Samrat Prithviraj.

The Balhara brothers’ music is not that great in this movie. The cinematography by Manush Nandan is good. Director Chandraprakash Dwivedi did just a passable job with this movie. If he gave some detailed narration then the movie could been much better.
