Srinivasa Rao (Naresh) is a middle-class man who can’t speak. He leads a simple life with his children and is all set to get a government job. On the other hand, Sameer (Ali) is a Saudi return who uses social media a lot. One fine day, he sees Srinivasa Rao sleeping on a local train in a funny way. Sameer takes his picture and posts it on social media. The picture goes viral and Srinivasa Rao becomes a laughingstock. As a result, Srinivasa Rao loses his job and respect. Upset with this, he files a case and cops start the search for Sameer. Will the police nab Sameer? forms the base plot of Andaru Bagundali Andulo Nenundali.
