New Delhi: The bypolls in 3 Lok Sabha constituencies and 29 Assembly constituencies in 13 states will be counted from 8 am today. Leading details are expected to be released in an hour. In 13 states across the country, by-elections were held on the 30th for 29 assembly constituencies due to the deaths of MLAs, party jumps and resignations. Situation in Himachal
