Authorities claim that Aryan Khan obtained drugs and communicated with “some foreign persons who appear to be a part of an International Drug Network for illicit drug procurement.”
New Delhi is the capital of India. The Narcotics Control Bureau responded to Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan’s bail request this morning, stating that all those charged with drug trafficking are intertwined and cannot be treated as separate entities.
Aryan Khan, the NCB’s first accused, contacted “some persons abroad” who appear to be “part of an international drug network for illicit drug procurement,” and drugs were obtained through their communication.
According to the report, his involvement in the conspiracy, as well as his involvement in the illegal procurement and consumption of drugs, has so far been uncovered.
According to the NCB, everyone who was arrested was “inextricably linked,” and “the role, involvement, and involvement of one accused cannot be separated from that of the other.”
“The ingredients of a conspiracy are clear and obvious,” according to the agency, and “one of the applicants cannot be considered in isolation.”
On October 3, anti-drug officers disguised as partygoers raided a Mumbai cruise ship party and found no drugs on Aryan Khan. The NCB, on the other hand, maintains that this does not diminish his importance.
Although only a small amount of contraband has been recovered from some of the accused, the investigation is being driven by those who acted in concert and conspiracy in the commission of crimes, according to the statement.
Because of the current situation, “the quantum of recovery from an accused individual becomes insignificant.”
Following the ship drugs raid, Aryan Khan, 23, was arrested along with Arbaaz Merchant and six other people.
During his bail hearings, his attorneys insisted that no drugs were discovered on him, despite the agency’s claims.
“One of the accused, No. 1, has ties to a drug trafficking ring that deals in illegal goods,” according to the NCB. Aryan Khan appears to have obtained illegal goods from Accused No. 2 in the past (Arbaaz). The conscious possession (shoes) of Accused No. 2 yielded 6 grammes of charas. Arbaaz and Aryan have a long list of achievements under their belts.
