Darlings Movie Story

Hamza Shaikh (Vijay Varma) and Badrunissa Shaikh (Alia Bhatt) fell in love with each other Hamza got a job in Railways and both get married. This couple moves to a mid-range flat in Mumbai. After a three-year married life, Hamza starts torturing Badrunnisa. Shamshunissa Ansari (Shefali Shah), the mother of Badrunissa who also stays in the same colony, suggests her daughter get rid of her husband by killing him. But Badrunnisa says she wanted to change him by having a kid. Hamza goes to an extreme extent and abuses her physically more. What did Badrunnisa do? forms the base plot of the Darlings movie.
