IPL Players Retention Live Streaming: On Tuesday, the eight existing IPL franchises will be declaring the list of the released and retained players ahead of the mega auction.
Ahead of the IPL 2024 mega auction, the eight teams have to submit the names of the retained players by Tuesday afternoon. Each team can retain a maximum of four players from their current squad. Out of these four players, the teams can retain a maximum of three and two players from India and overseas respectively.
The team which retains four players has to spend 42 crore rupees out of their 90 Crore RNS. The team has to spend 33 Crore INR and 24 Crore INR to retain three and two players respectively. If the franchise retains only one player then it has to spend 14 Crore INR.
During the auction, the RTM (Right to Match) card is not available this time.
