The list of 3 teams to be retained after the return period given to IPL teams has come to an end has been released.

The BCCI has asked the IPL management to set up a committee to look into the matter of the Ahmedabad team. The CVC will decide whether to retain the Ahmedabad team as per the report submitted by the panel after conducting a speedy inquiry into the issue. Otherwise it will be transferred to another company. It may even occur in the context of not being able to participate in the IPL this year.
