K. Chandrashekar Rao is a politician from India who is now the Chief Minister of Telangana. Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, or KCR, is his full name.
Telangana Rashtra Samithi is his organization’s founder and leader (TRS). He was the Minister of Labour and Employment from 2004 to 2005. In the Telangana Legislative Assembly, he represents the Gajwel Constituency.

Chandrashekar was born in the village of Chintamadaka, near Siddipet. He came from a middle-class family. He married K. Sobha in 1969 and they had two children.
His son is a lawmaker from Sircilla, while his daughter is an M.P. from Nizamabad. Rao adopted Pratyusha, a girl who had been rescued from domestic violence, in 2015.
