This weekend marks the beginning of WWE SummerSlam, the biggest event on the company’s annual schedule of events. The mega-event will take place at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Monday, August 22nd, and will be broadcast live on ESPN2. A total of ten high-profile matches have been set for the biggest summer show in WWE history. The main event of the WWE SummerSlam will be a bout between former WWE champion John Cena and Universal Champion Roman Reigns, which will be broadcast live on ESPN.
In addition, Bobby Lashley and Goldberg will be competing for the WWE championship.
Meanwhile, Nikki A.S.H., the newly minted Raw Women’s Champion, will defend her title against Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair in a triple threat match on Monday night’s Raw.
Bianca Belair will defend her Smackdown Women’s Championship title against Sasha Banks in another women’s match on Monday night’s show. In the Smackdown Tag-Team Championship battle, The Mysterios will face off against The Usos for the first time.
WWE SummerSlam will take place at the following times and locations
The WWE Summerslam event is scheduled to begin at 3:30 a.m. (Indian Standard Time) on Monday, August 22. From 05:30 a.m. (IST) onwards, viewers will be able to watch the main show live on the internet. SummerSlam will take place at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on July 27-28, 2018.
