Siddhu (Nikhil Siddharth), who is an app developer loves a girl but she cheats on him. Due to this, Siddhu gets depressed, and during this time, he comes across the dairy of Nandhini (Anupama Parameswaran) on a road. Siddhu starts reading it and slowly loves her. Siddhu learns many interesting facts about Nandhini and when he tries to meet her a big twist will be there. What is it? Did he meet her? forms the base plot of the 18 Pages movie.

- Sukumar’s plot has good moments which make the audience engaged
- One can feel the chemistry between the lead pair even though they don’t meet near the climax
- Songs are well-placed with meaningful lyrics
- The first half is breezy and simple. The climax is simple which worked well
- Nikhil has given a neat performance. He is good in the funny and emotional scenes as well
- Anupama Parameswaran is convincing as a small-town girl and her scenes are well-written
- A few important social aspects like how social media and mobiles are affecting human bonding are showcased quite nicely

- The first half is quite endearing and the graph drops in the second half
