Gautham (Satheesh Kumar) is a famous neurosurgeon in the city. One fine day, he comes in contact with the machine radiation and this traps him in a time loop. Once the clock strikes 12, his day will start again. He learns that his wife Nisha dies at the end of the day and wants to save her. How he saves his wife?
