SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE SIDDHA HEALTH TIPS

Simple home based medical tips: Boil the caraway, ginger and cumin in a tumbler of water; If cooled and filtered, indigestion is normal.
Constipation:Powdered red poppy leaves and eaten twice a day will cure constipation.
Breathing:
Take equal amount of camphor, cumin, sambarani and apricot kernel, mix it with distilled porridge, reheat it and apply it on the affected area three times.
Dermatitis:
Kamala Orange skin can be dried and powdered in the sun and rubbed on the body daily instead of soap to cure skin diseases.
Skin allergy:
Grind white garlic with betel leaves and rub it on the skin daily.
Nasal congestion:
Peel a squash, grate it and put it in half a liter of water. Add milk and sugar and eat it.
1. Cut down on starchy foods like rice and potatoes and take wheat instead.
2. In case of severe cough, add betel leaf and chilli with 3 cups of water, bring to a boil and drink.
3.To reduce toothache, apply basil leaf 2, a pinch of salt and pepper on the affected area. Wally will decrease.
4. Put basil leaves in bath water and take a bath to get rid of small scars on the skin. The scars will disappear soon.
5. Honey mixed with water for fever and cough in children will stop coughing quickly. Decreased fever.
6. Carrot and tomato juice mixed with a little honey and given to children is great for physical fitness.
7. It is enough to chew guava leaves to stop diarrhea immediately.
Medicinal properties of beetroot: –
Fruit beetroot with beautiful color and lots of nutrients. It has a lot of medical benefits in itself
1. Squeeze beetroot juice and mix it with honey to cure ulcers.
2. Cucumber juice mixed with beetroot juice can be eaten to cleanse the northern kidneys and gallbladder.
Home Remedies:
1. Sukku, pepper, thippili In case of fever, cough, cold, etc., if these three are demolished, the infusion will be cured immediately.
2. .Ginger Adding ginger to the daily diet does not cause body aches or digestive disorders. Elderly people are not hungry.
Tamarind Tamarind contains Vitamin B and C, Tartaric Acid, Calcium etc. This tartaric acid, with its high starch content, keeps the body healthy. Therefore, in case of fever, cold, etc., do not miss the juice of pepper, garlic and tamarind juice. Let sambar take place daily.
Anise Anise in the diet prevents eye disorders. Anise infusion immediately limits menstrual disorders like an asthma injection.
Basil Basil leaves have the power to clear throat ailments. You can mix honey, ginger etc. in basil leaf juice and drink a teaspoon. For children with colds and coughs, it is enough to give three teaspoons of this basil infusion three times a day. Antibiotics given in English medicine are not good.
