OPPO To Launch ColorOS 12 Based on Android 12 Soon: Oppo has confirmed that the latest version of the ColorOS will be officially announced somewhere between mid to late September in China.
The exact launching date of ColorOS12 is not yet out by Oppo, but the company is likely to unveil the latest version of its custom Andriod overlay towards the September month-end, reports GizmoChuna.
The ColorOS latest version is expected to have a new feature “Cross-Screen Interconnection”, alike to the Huawei Multi-Screen Collaboration.
ColorOS 12 is set to bring features from Android 12, including new widgets, new quick tiles, notification settings, improved one-handed mode, visual overhaul, privacy improvements, new app pairs for split-screen, and more.
According to the report, ColorOS may embrace new features from Chinese Android skins, which include the likes of Flyme from Meizu, MIUI from Xiaomi, Smartisan OS, and HydrogenOS.
In the last month, Oppo was tipped to unveil Oppo Enco buds and Oppo Enco air in India soon.
These new entry-level buds are said to offer crystal-clear, concert-like audio, and an incredible battery experience. The buds provide quick pairing support with devices running ColorOS. It comes with an 80ms low battery game mode, 8mm dynamic drivers, and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) for calls.
