Ganesh Chaturthi 2024: In India, People celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi with a lot of enthusiasm. This year, Vinayaka Chavithi will be observed on 10th September and by 21st September the festival will end. During the festival, people bring the idol of Lord Ganesha to their homes. This festival is also known as Ganesh Chaturdashi and Vinayaka Chaturdashi.
On the ‘Anant Chaturdashi’ day, farewell will be given to Lord Ganesh. On the same day, people also pray to return next year. Some people celebrate Ganesh Chaturdashi for two days and some celebrate it for 10 days, which is known as Ganesh Mahotsav.
