Imports in April-September 2024 are assessed to be USD 341.10 Billion, showing a positive development of 64.91 percent over a similar period last year and positive development of 9.31 percent over April-September 2019.
Commodities in September 2024 were USD 33.79 billion when contrasted with USD 27.56 Billion in September 2020, a development of 22.63 percent. In Rupee terms, trades were worth Rs 2,48,605.74 crore in September 2024, when contrasted with Rs. 2,02,508.54 crore in September 2020, a development of 22.76 percent. The aggregate worth of commodities for the period April-September 2024 was USD 197.89 Billion (Rs. 14,63,048.24 Crore) as against USD 125.62 Billion (Rs. 9,41,358.09 Crore) during the period April-September 2020, enrolling a positive development of 57.53 percent in Dollar terms (positive development of 55.42 percent in Rupee terms).
