On April 8, a second dose of Kovacs was administered. Similarly, celebrities including Priyanka Chopra were vaccinated at their locations.
Names of celebrities
The list has sparked controversy as celebrities, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, have been vaccinated at a government primary health center in Karbi village in Bihar’s Arwar district.
The list includes celebrities including Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, Sonia Gandhi, Priyanka Chopra and Akshay Kumar. The district administration, shocked by the virality of the video containing the list, has ordered an investigation.
District Judge J. Priyadarshini said an inquiry would be held into how the list was prepared and on whose orders it was posted.
District Administration Inquiry
The district administration said it was not something that could be taken lightly. We are paying close attention to the issue of whether people should be vaccinated. It said it would monitor whether such abuses took place only in this village or elsewhere and prosecute those involved in such disorderly conduct.
In the first phase, the operators of the two computers that made this mistake have been fired and they will be investigated.
Commenting on the incident, Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey said, “I have asked you to check the records of other hospitals and make sure there are no mistakes. Those responsible for such mistakes will be punished according to the law.”
