According to police, two men approached the taxi driver and asked him where Mukesh Ambani’s mansion, Antilia, was located.
The Mumbai police have increased security at Indian industrialist Mukesh Ambani’s Antilia house after receiving information that two people had inquired about it. According to municipal police, CCTV footage around the building is being analysed months after a major security scare when an explosives-laden vehicle was discovered near the property.
According to police, two men approached the taxi driver and asked him where Mukesh Ambani’s mansion, Antilia, was located.
“The cab driver quickly called the Mumbai Police after noticing that both males were holding a large bag,” the police said.
There were 20 gelatin sticks and a note addressed to Mukesh and Nita Ambani, the contents of which have not been disclosed. Because of its connection to the crime, the thief’s car was later implicated in the murder of a man.
However, an alleged police officer was named as a suspect in the investigation’s findings. Sachin Waze has been fired and arrested for his alleged role in the murder of the car’s owner.
According to reports, the National Investigation Agency, after taking over the investigation, revealed that Sachin Waze obtained the explosives and parked the SUV near Mukesh Ambani’s house.
Mr Ambani and his family have lived in one of the world’s most magnificent homes, a 27-story, 400,000-square-foot structure called Antilia in south Mumbai’s exclusive Cumballa Hill neighbourhood known as Antilia, since 2012.
