The High Court determined that WhatsApp communications were insufficient evidence to show that one of the accused supplied drugs to Aryan Khan.

The Sena and NCP have accused the anti-drug agency of targeting SRK on government orders. Furthermore, the NCP slammed top NCB official Sameer Wankhede, accusing him of forging caste certificates and casting doubt on the probe.
