REMOVAL OF APPS BY PLAYSTORE
Nine apps from the Google Play Store is removed after Dr. Webb (originally reported on ArsTechnica) discovered that security researchers were tricking users into delivering their Facebook credentials employing a special algorithm. These apps are said to lure users to disable app ads by linking their Facebook profiles to the app. However, when a particular form appears where users can enter their Facebook details, the malicious JavaScript code will take over the usernames and passwords.
This script was wont to hijack the login credentials directly. The JavaScript then sent the stolen login and password to Trojan applications using methods provided by the JavaScript interface annotation. It transferred the information to the attackers’ C&C server later. After the victim logged into their account, the Trojans also stole cookies from the present authentication session. The cookies were also sent to cybercriminals, “said Dr. Webb.

Google recently removed 164 apps from the Play Store in march that had been downloaded quite 10 million times.
These processors, called CopyCatz Apps, copy significant apps to urge downloads. These then overwhelm the downloaded users with ads.
Such ads may contain malware and data that would harm the info on your smartphone.
While Google has removed all of those apps from its file store, users who have, knowingly or unknowingly, installed such apps on their smartphones are advised to uninstall them immediately from their devices.
