Sena leader and state minister Shiv Kishore Tiwari has filed a petition in response to the drugs-on-cruise case in which Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was arrested along with seven others earlier this month.
Aryan Khan’s fundamental rights are being violated, according to a Shiv Sena leader in a Supreme Court petition, and he is the victim of a vendetta by a Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officer whose wife failed to make it in the film industry.

The Shiv Sena and the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), Maharashtra’s ruling coalition, claim that the NCB targeted Aryan Khan on orders from the Centre.

Delaying a decision on Aryan Khan’s bail petition until tomorrow due to public holidays, according to the Shiv Sena chief, “led to great humiliation” and imprisoned the 23-year-old “in an undemocratic and illegal manner” for 17 days.
Sena leader and former Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray claimed that the anti-drug agency was only interested in apprehending high-profile individuals.
Since October 8th, Aryan Khan has been imprisoned in Mumbai’s Arthur Road jail.
The NCB has detained a total of 20 people since its officers in disguise raided an underground rave party aboard a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai en route to Goa on October 2. Attorneys for Aryan Khan have repeatedly stated that no drugs were discovered on him.
