Both the EVTRIC e-scooters in India have a removable Lithium-ion battery and a 250W motor. For the complete charging of Evtric Axis and Evtric Ride’s battery, it takes roughly 3.5 hours. EVTRIC Motors claim both Axis and Ride e scooters can achieve a top speed of 25km/hr and these can go more than 75 km with a single charge.
Their features include provisions like an LED headlamp, 12-inch tubeless tyre, a side stand sensor, a reverse park assist function, etc.
EVTRIC Motors MD and founder Manoj Patil said, “We have been in the automation space for over a decade. Now, we are executing the same in the most ambitious automobile revolution. We have begun with the slow-speed e-scooters category. This would be a justified buy for the day-to-day commute of users. The EVTRIC e scooters will be available in seven cities only as of now, including Delhi, Pune, Gurgaon, Aurangabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Tirupathi. The company added it intends to expand its presence in all 28 state capitals as well as UTs in India within six months.
