The front and rear teaser images for Hyundai’s upcoming Creta facelift reveal a lot more about the SUV.
Hyundai Motors Indonesia has unveiled the facelifted 2024 Hyundai Creta ahead of its world debut at the 2024 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS). The South Korean automaker teased the 2024 Hyundai Creta facelift last week, and the production version was revealed today. The front and rear teaser images for Hyundai’s upcoming Creta facelift reveal a lot more about the SUV.
The LED DRLs, which form a boomerang when activated and merge with the grille when not in use, are one of the key features revealed for the 2024 Hyundai Creta facelift, similar to the new Hyundai Tucson. The use of a high-mounted stop lamp adds to the SUV’s visual appeal. The muscular design theme continues to the back, where the architecture is dominated by a straight roof line.
Expect Hyundai to stick with the current design, but with sharper-looking alloy wheels to match the sporty exterior. The LED taillamps on the 2024 Hyundai Creta facelift will be internally extended for a more organised rear end design.
Previous teaser images show a D-cut steering wheel and defogger ventilation integrated into the facelifted 2024 Hyundai Creta. The gear shift lever will be surrounded by a silver bezel and will have a three-dimensional patterned grille. Hyundai’s Creta facelift in 2024 will almost certainly include a completely new infotainment system. However, more information will be available for discussion after the reveal next month.
The 2024 Hyundai Creta will be available with the same 1.5-liter gasoline, 1.5-liter diesel, and 1.4-liter turbo-petrol engines producing 115bhp/144Nm, 115bhp/250Nm, and 140bhp/242Nm. There are three transmission options available: a CVT, a 6-speed automatic, or a 7-speed DCT. The electric version of the 2020 Hyundai Creta facelift, on the other hand, will not be available in the United States.
