On February 4th, Oppo will launch its flagship Oppo Reno 7 Series in India. Oppo Reno 7 and Oppo Reno 7 Pro 5G are the two models in the series. The gadget specs have begun to leak through, and the newest rumor is that Oppo has teamed up with MediaTek to modify and improve its Dimensity 1200 processor to a MAX edition. Oppo says that it has one of the fastest 5G CPUs on the market right now.

The new CPU uses a 5nm Arm Cortex-A78 chipset that runs at 3GHz and can achieve peak downlink and uplink rates of up to 5100Mbps and 700Mbps, respectively, for powerful cellular connectivity. Oppo has also integrated AI Deblur, an algorithm that sharpens faces in portraits that have been damaged by hand-held shaking.
The Reno 7 5G will have an X-axis linear motor with various levels of vibration feedback, making it suitable for gaming. Touch sampling rates can reach 1000Hz. It has up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, with RAM expansion allowing you to add a further 3GB, 5GB, or 7GB to the storage capacity.
The phone runs Oppo’s new Color OS 12 interface and includes Emoji, a facial recognition technology that lets users express emotions through animated avatars. The phone also has a 65W Super Vooc fast-charging technology that claims to charge the phone in 31 minutes.
