Swasthya Sathi Scheme 2024: The West Bengal Chief Minister Ms. Mamata Benerjee has introduced a new health scheme, Swasthya Sathi Scheme. The government has already initiated the application process. Before announcing this scheme, CM Mamata has initiated the Duare Campaign for people to understand the requirement of the public.
Swasthya Sathi Health scheme is implemented by the Health & Family Welfare Department of the West Bengal Government. Those who are willing to avail benefits of this scheme have to enroll first. Later that, people can get the Swasthya Sathi Card 2024.

Swasthya Sathi Yojana 2024 Eligibility

Swasthya Sathi Prakalpa Registration 2024
To do the Swasthya Sathi Card Registration 2024, follow the below procedure
- First of all, visit the official website at swasthyasathi.gov.in
- On the home page, go to the login section
- Create your account, by providing details
- After the account creation, do log in
- Now, go to the Apply Online option
- Choose the Form B for registration under the Swasthya Sathi Yojana scheme
- Download the form and take the print
- Fill the form and by attaching required documents submit all at the concerned office

Hospital Registration
To do hospital registration under the Swasthya Sathi yojana scheme, follow the below steps
- Go to the scheme official portal
- Click on Apply Online and then select the hospital registration link
- Registration form appears

- Finally, by clicking on submit, one can complete the registration
