On Sunday, a special team of the Tamil Nadu police arrested a 22-year-old woman in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, for beating her 18-month-old son. After the video of Thulasi ruthlessly beating his son went viral, the incident sparked outrage on social media. Vadivazhagan married 22-year-old Thulasi five years ago. The couple lives in Mottur village in Tamil Nadu. They have two sons, Gokul (4) and Pradeep (2). However, Vadivazhagan and Thulasi continued to quarrel and eventually forced him to leave Thulasi with his parents in Andhra Pradesh.
Thulasi is suspected of being tortured by her boyfriend. When Thulasi’s relatives saw the video of her beating her son on their phones, they immediately notified Vadivazhagan. The heartbreaking video shows Thulasi cruelly beating her 18-month-old baby with his fist. His blow was so strong that the baby began to bleed from his nose and mouth. Unexpectedly, Thulasi used to beat his son frequently and recorded it on his mobile phone. In another video, Thulasi can be seen hitting the girl’s leg with a fist. In another video, the video shows her daughter’s back with red spots due to the brutal beating.
