Audimulapu Suresh Political Career

Audimulapu Suresh left his designation as a civil servant and started the political journey with Indian National Congress (INC) in 2009. He won as an MLA in the 2009 general elections from the Yerragondapalem Constituency. Later, he left the party and joined the YSR Congress party (YSRCP) and contested from Santhanuthalapadu in the 2014 elections, and became MLA. In the 2019 polls, he contested from the Yerragondapalem constituency representing the YCP party and won.

Audimulapu Suresh served as Education Minister of Andhra Pradesh in the Jagan Mohan Reddy-led Cabinet.
