Side plank
Below are the steps to follow
- Lie sideways on a yoga mat
- Keep the palm on the ground
- Lift your torso using arm strength while staying sideways, while keeping your palm on the ground
- Stretch your other arm up in the air
- Hold the position for some time
Arm circles
Following are the steps to take for this exercise
- Stand straight and stretch out your arms
- Move your arms in a clockwise direction and do it 15 times
- Now, move your arms in an anticlockwise direction 15 times
- If you want to add weight to the exercise, hold water bottles
Tricep dips
Following steps have to be taken to do this exercise
- Firstly, stand in front of a chair
- Hold the chair or table edges, by putting your hands on that
- Stretch your legs and move your pelvis up and down using the strength of your arms
- While doing this exercise, your arm should be stretched straight
